Dentist was super professional, very kind , staff was super attentive to my needs , I got a tooth extracted yesterday & I have absolutely no pain and I’m just so grateful they were able to help me

I went to this location and got treated like I was a drug user. I have a dislocated finger and it's broken. I brought my hospital papers with me. Ms. Palmer. argued with me about what i can and can't have when it clearly states it on the very front page of my papers. This was my very first visit and I had an awful experience with her. I still haven't gotten a phone call about my referral to the Med. I should have went to Memphis Health Center instead. I will not return here if I can help it. Everyone else was decent. I'm still in pain but I refuse to go back there.

It took a few visits to get a set of dentures made,but they turned out so good!! I'm very thankful they helped me!!

The dentist did a good job with the tooth extraction, and I was given ibuprofen and antibiotics for after-care. However, the pain medication was not providing any relief, so I called the office on 12/02/2025 to ask if the dentist could prescribe something stronger. I never received a follow-up call. On 12/03/2025, I called again to explain that I was still in severe pain. The receptionist then told me that she had already spoken with the dentist on 12/02/2025 and that I was supposed to rotate the medications I was given. No one ever contacted me to communicate this, and I only learned about it after calling again because of the extreme pain I am experiencing at the extraction site. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dentist. The lack of communication and inadequate pain management after having an abscess and tooth pulled was very disappointing

I was a Monday morning emergency Walk-In on the dental side, from the moment I walked in the door the front desk was very helpful and polite .It wasn't a very long wait before they got me to the back. The dental techs and X-ray techs helped with my questions and always had a smile. Dr.McLeod was great at helping explain what was wrong with my teeth and that she had to send me to a oral surgeon. I am able to get in tomorrow for the surgery at the surgeon she referred me to. Not even a full day wait. This place is a wonderful place to go for your dental needs. Thank you all so much for your excellent Service. I will return here.
